Regina and I got engaged on Nov. 17th. God willing,

we plan to get married on May 12th, 2007.

A few months ago, Halford and Darren came to visit for a weekend of grill building, fellowship and male-bonding. We built D one stinking awesome grill, if I do say so myself. The weekend was a blast, but really tiring because we worked on the grill for like 25 hours in two days. D has since become a habitual BBQer. Lately it's not unusual to find him cooking meat with fire 2....3....4 times a week! (Hopefully he's spending more quality time with Dana than with the grill!)

I'd like to introduce you to my friends... Sara (the runt), "Friend", "Pork", "Beans" and of course...Wilber.

Their favorite pasttimes are eating and sleeping...actually that's all they do. (Once in a while we play Uno or go for a walk on the beach...)

Congratualtions to Regina for graduating from NMSU with a bachelors of science in Mechanical Engineering...with high honors I might add! The commencement was held at Aggie Memorial Stadium on Sat. May 13th. By 11 a.m. it was already 100 degrees outside. It was sooo hot...especially for the graduates dressed in black caps and gowns. Among some of the other grads were Andrew Dye, Melissa Cardwell and I think Harmony Ridley. Congrats to all!

Cummins Natural Gas Engines

Here are a few snapshots of my work place. This is a Cummins 50 liter engine. It is a twin turbo V-16 Natural Gas Engine. It produces around 1100 horsepower.
This is Carlos, one of my good friends and co-workers. He works as an engine builder, assembling all the external parts on the longblocks.
